Download the pdf (Copyrigthed material! Download from the linked page).

Tried reading this Publication and must confess I haven’t comprehended much of it ! The actual title of the paper is : “Derivations of extended Navier-Stokes equations from upscaled molecular transport considerations for compressible ideal gas flows: Towards extended constitutive forms” . One of the Authors is Prof. Suman Chakraborty, ME ,IIT Kgp . If anyone does appreciate (and ofcourse understand) the above publication  in entirety , please Let me know.
